Great location for shopping, easy access to Rome, and close to the beach. Free parking with client-oriented reception. The staff provided detailed information. There are two supermarkets nearby, and the breakfast was typically Italian.
Couldn’t fault.

Big, very nice apartment with kitchen and a large terrasse. All very comfortable and quiet. Very helpful staff. Fine breakfast and a convinient Pizzeria/Restaurant just outside.
No Wi-Fi in the room. No desk for work and only a cable too short. This can VERY easely be changed into being perfect!

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and Fiumicino airport, making it easy to travel. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained with good amenities, such as fridge and TV. the staff is helpful and accommodating, even going out of their way to arrange appointments. There are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
The breakfast was underwhelming.

The suite was pretty nice as well as breakfast.
Not good surprise was additional charge of 20 euro that at the check out we suppose to pay. When booked our stay we chose suite because on web site it said it has one king size bed and sofa bed and that kids under 6 years old are staying free of charge if using existing bedding. The lady on front desk argued that we didn't let them know that we are coming with kids so we need to pay 20 euros for kids (2 and 4 years old). Booking. Doesn't state we need to inform hotel if we have kids!!!After some time they took charge off and we paid our price that we reserved through Booked.net. As much as we liked the hotel becuase of this we are not going back.

The stuff was very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated, there is a kitchen in the room.
The hotel is far from the sea and any tourist zones. The hotel's description about location is wrong.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to the beach and close proximity to supermarkets and other amenities. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and impeccably clean. The Wi-Fi worked seamlessly, allowing us to stay connected at all times. The staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring that our stay was pleasant and stress-free. We also loved the added luxury of the SKY cable system, which offered a wide range of sports and movie channels in different languages. The secured gated parking was a great feature, providing us with peace of mind during our stay. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, and excellent cappuccino.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great location, near the beach and close to stores and restaurants. Very spacious and comfortable rooms with fast wifi and good TV channels. Perfect for those who want to explore Rome but stay outside its busy center.
Beds are a bit hard, and the shower water has a strong smell of chlorine. the gym was not used much, but it's an extra perk.

The hotel was ideally located with only a short drive to the beach and close to local amenities. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary facilities such as a fridge and free Wi-Fi. The staff were very helpful and provided excellent customer service.
The kitchen facilities were not up to standard and were missing some essential items such as gas and pots. The breakfast was a little limited with not much variety, but the coffee was excellent.
